• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active tb77 account. Opening duplicate, secondary or substitute accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. tb77 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any associated balance and bonuses.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using tb77 is lawful in your location before registering. tb77 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by tb77 or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or during active use of the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

When registering your tb77 account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes. tb77 requires account verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. • You must complete KYC verification when requested. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tb77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although tb77 reserves the right to set deposit limits for individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns are identified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. tb77 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. tb77 aims to approve all verified withdrawal requests within 1 business hour during normal operating periods.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once on the Platform may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal. Deposited funds that have never been used to place any wager may be returned to source rather than processed as a normal withdrawal, at tb77's discretion.
• tb77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment processors (e.g. bKash transaction fees, bank charges) are outside tb77's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tb77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and loyalty rewards. The following terms apply universally to all tb77 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria for each promotion. Unless explicitly stated, each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other bonus offer unless tb77 explicitly permits such combination in writing. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic abuse — including hedging, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

tb77 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, potentially leading to permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card games, team betting on roulette, or any other coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over tb77 — is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform — whether in games, payment systems, bonus calculations or any other component — to gain funds or advantages to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a Platform error will be reversed and the relevant account closed.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. tb77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities as required.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, macros, scripts or any third-party software designed to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to all players through the standard human-operated interface.
• Registering using false identity information, using another person's identity or payment methods without their explicit consent, or registering while subject to a self-exclusion or account closure order from tb77 or any other operator.

tb77 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review procedures to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, tb77 will close the account, forfeit the account balance, and reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where the conduct constitutes a legal offence.

8. Limitation of Liability

tb77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. tb77 does not warrant that the games, odds or results displayed on the Platform are accurate or complete in real time, and accepts no liability for any errors in game outcomes caused by data feed failures or third-party provider outages. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, tb77's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

tb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tb77 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account. 10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tb77 Platform that cannot be resolved by tb77 customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. tb77 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through tb77's internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
